Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of travel services offered by Alliance Travel DMC ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation and the specified deposit. The balance is due by the deadline indicated on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. Payments are accepted via the methods stated on your invoice and must be made in the invoiced currency unless agreed otherwise.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing. Applicable cancellation fees depend on the timing of your notice relative to the start date of the services and any non-refundable supplier terms. Where eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Changes and Substitutions
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services where required by operational considerations, safety, or supplier availability. If a material change is necessary, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer alternatives of comparable value where possible.
4. Travel Documents and Insurance
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, and meeting health requirements for travel. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, personal liability, trip cancellation, and baggage.
5. Health, Safety and Conduct
You agree to follow local laws, supplier rules, and guidance from our staff or partners. We may refuse service or remove any traveler whose conduct is unsafe, illegal, or materially disruptive, without refund.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, government measures, strikes, or supplier failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Complaints and Support
If an issue arises during your trip, please inform our representative or contact us promptly so we can assist. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service end date.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where our registered office is located.
